First National O’Donoghues Inaugural Red Cross Golf Day

 Held on Tuesday 15th June 2010, the day was a massive success with $16,675.00 raised for Red Cross, via First National Foundation.

Established in 2006, the First National Foundation embodies the philanthropic efforts of over 450 First National Real Estate offices to provide financial support to charitable organisations across Australia. The First National Foundation has been founded to tangibly demonstrate First National Real Estate’s commitment to the community. As a registered, not for profit, Independent Corporation, the First National Foundation involves itself in fundraising in order to engage with the local and wider community, not to profit from it.

It was a fantastic day incorporating an 18 hole Ambrose, played at the Darwin Golf Club preceded with a light brunch and a BBQ afterwards.

Fantastic prizes on offer, thanks to our very generous sponsors and all players had the opportunity to win a Harley Davidson Fat Bob Motor Bike. Every player received a presentation pack prior to tee off and enjoyed our special First National O’Donoghue hospitality during the afternoon.

It was certainly inspirational to raise as much money as we did for The Red Cross who are always there for all of us, in time of need.
