  • Great communication. Positive and energetic, even when challenged with impediments. Simon was energetic throughout the selling process. Always optimistic and continued to explore all avenues for a sale. Being an investment property, meant that he was constantly being challenged with finding an appropriate buyer. Property was vacated for 6 months, but when it did not sell, a tenant was sought again, remaining for 12 months, limiting the buyer options. Simon always kept in contact with us and let us know when he had a private inspection pending. Immediately after, he would provide feedback to us. The market went through a slow period at the time of placing the property on the market. Perhaps the only question we had, was whether the initial price recommended reflected the actual position at the time. Consequently, offers were not received to give us any indication of where the market was at with our property. Even so, Simon persevered with optimism until an offer was eventually found, following a lowering of the price. A pleasure to work with and the final sale was a huge credit to him. He certainly deserved the commissions earnt from completing the transaction.
